29 🎂🖤 Year 28 was the year I deepened my friendships, traveled more than before, pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, worked with the dreamiest clients, worked past my fears, healed deeper layers that past trauma left behind, and fell deeply in love.

Feeling soooo grateful for this little life of mine and all the people in it ❣️

This past year was perhaps the best one of my 20s so far and I can’t wait for all year 29 has to offer! Time to wrap up this decade with a bang 🥂 All 30th birthday destination recommendations welcomed!

- Taking one full day a week to rest & recharge before jumping into the next work day.
- Scheduling a facial during my lunch hour gave me a massive energy boost.
- Asking & accepting help when feeling overwhelmed.
- Block scheduling everything in my to do list on to my calendar for a tangible way of how I was going to achieve it all.

October - you were a wild dreamy one 💛 From the dreamiest destination elopement to speaking at my first creative conference, this month is truly one for the books!

Feeling so proud to have navigated a very stressful month with lots of strategies to find pockets of rest & sustainably get through wedding season. I started feeling the exhaustion big time this week but that’s what vacations are for!

Cheers to this dreamy, creative love we get to live 🥂
